Multi award winning builder Andrew Patteson is a force to be reckoned with in the local Building Industry. Trading as Andrew Patteson Homes he has taken out significant industry awards in 1993, 1994, 1997, 2001, 2003, 2004, 2007,2011 and 2013. Andrew has also won accolades as most Energy Efficiency Award winner in 2001 and was a State Award winner in 2004 for Excellence in design for Queensland climate.

The small but well respected company has won awards over the years for Best use of Timber, Apprentice Employer of the year and twice received the Master Builders, Trevor Mustey award for Quality Workmanship. In more recent years, the company has earned a reputation for excellence in mid-to high range houses, and enjoy the challenges of multi-level homes and difficult building sites.

Mr Patteson said that the high standard of workmanship the company was renowned for was due to the top calibre of its many long-serving staff, among them some who began as apprentices with Andrew Patteson Homes.

Mr Patteson limits the number of projects the company accepted each year in order to maintain the exacting standards of quality that their reputation has been built on.
